Description: The work to be performed under these specifications consist of furnishing all parts, material, supplies, equipment, labor, and transportation, necessary to accomplish: Demolition and installation of replacement of five condensing units, four fan coils and one blower at each missile alert facility (MAF) located in Banner, Kimball and Cheyenne Counties in Nebraska, Logan and Weld Counties in Colorado and Laramie County in Wyoming for F. E. Warren AFB, WY. As many as fifteen sites are included this project. This work will require back ground checks for any site visits desired and the actual work on the sites. These back grounds checks can take from 2-6 weeks to complete and require two pieces of indentification. See SOW Section 4.17.
