- This is a combined synopsis solicitation for the purchase of commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, as applicable and as supplemented with additional information included in this no tice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation number W912L507T0005 is applicable and is issued as a request for quotations. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisitio n Circular. Requirement is 100% Unrestricted. The NAIC code is 33419, SIC code 8999, FSC 6920. Brand name or equal is applicable. Destination pricing required. The location for delivery is the 1161 River Road, New Castle,Delaware 19720-5199. Award wo uld be based on lowest price, technically acceptable. Delivery shall be made within 30 days or less after receipt of order (ARO).
