- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being r equested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. The solicitation W901UZ-07-T-0015 is issued as a Request for Quotations. The solicitation document, incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-1 9, dated 8/17/07. This procurement is set aside for small businesses and issued under NAICS code 444110, small business size standard of $6.5 million. The North Dakota Army National Guard is requesting Brand Name or Equal quotations for the procurement o f Miscellaneous Lumber and Carpentry BOM. Delivery will be to Camp Grafton, 4417 Highway 20, Devils Lake, ND 58301-9000 no later than 8 October 2007. Supplies needed includes: lumber, hardware, and miscellaneous building materials and supplies. Offerors will include delivery. Quotes are due in by 12PM central standard time on September 17, 2007. Offers will be evaluated as to the best value to the government, price and other factors considered. Award will be made based on the best value to the Government. Multiple awards may be made off this solicitation if it is in the best interest of the Government. All technical evaluation factors other than cost and price, when combined, are approximately equal to cost or price.
