- Draft Clauses for Section M of the Solicitation and Proposal Submission Instructions are being posted to the IBOP. To view these documents please go to the following secure website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil/ An Industry Day has been scheduled for 13 September 2007, to be held at Gibbs Hall, Fort Monmouth, New Jersey to review the Global Service Contract requirements. The morning session scheduled at 0900 will discuss contract requirements, evaluation factors, deployed personnel requirements, other potential customers and schedule for contract award. The afternoon session will support requests for one-on-one discussions. Representatives from each major element (PM FBCB2 Ground, PM FBCB2 Aviation, Net Ops, A2C2S and Acquisition Center) will be available to discuss the requirements of this effort.
