- Seattle District requires the conversion of two (2) existing high pressure CO2 fire suppression systems to a fine water mist system for the oil storage room, oil purification room and station service transformer vault at Chief Joseph Dam on the Colum bia River near Bridgeport, Washington. The contractor shall design, furnish, and install the new water mist system to include new fire alarm control panel, fire pump (if applicable), control valves, new water supply piping from water potable water supply to the water mist equipment, and new discharge piping from control valves to hazard areas. The work includes providing a new medium voltage vacuum transfer switch, secondary unit substation, and 5kV feeders. This procurement is open to both large and sma ll business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 238220 with a size standard of $13 million. For the purposes of this procurement, a firm is a small business if its annual average gross revenue, taken for the last 3 fiscal y ears, does not exceed $13 million.
