Description

The US Army Medical Command, Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Fort Gordon, GA has a requirement for GEN Premier 3000 Blood Analyzer Cartridges for five GEN Premier 3000 Arterial Blood Gas Analyzers in operation in critical areas throughout the facilit y. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (NOTE 22) for this requirement (BASE + 4 OPTION YEARS). The suggested contractor is Instrumentation Laboratory Company, 101 Hartwell Ave STE 2, Lexington, MA 02421-3125. Request is for standing order contract for the GEN Premier 3000 Cartriges for use with five existing GEN Premier 3000 Blood Gas, electrolyte, glucose, lactate, and hematocrit analyzer for Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA. Instrumentation Lab oratory has sole access to the proprietary, cartridge-based technology. Each cartridge contains sensors, solutions, gases, pump tubing, and a waste container. The cartridges are use specifically for the GEM Premier 3000 Blood Analyzer that can only be ma intained by the manufacturer. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide equal cartridges must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of their supplies, past performance information, price and delivery time.
