- Restricted Availability (RAV) for the USNS MERCY (T-AH 19 ). The period of Performance for this requirement is to start 7 January 2007 and end 22 February 2007. The area of consideration is CONUS West Coast. Major work items include: Installation of a Permanent Helicopter Shelter, Various piping repairs and Installation of Boat Davits. Test and Quadrennial Boiler and Steam Piping Inspection; Boiler Handhole, Manhole and Landings Repairs; and Cleaning. This is for full and open competition. MSRA and/or ABR certification is not required. Only written (fax, email, or regular mail) requests will be accepted. The estimated issue date for this solicitation is 8 October 2007. This solicitation will be posted and can be viewed in the Contract Section at www.msc.navy.mil.
