- ***NOTIFICATION OF SOLICITATION AMENDMENT*** The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) hereby informs you that the final Unmanned Aerial System (UAS) Intelligence, Reconnaissance and Surveillance (ISR) service requirement solicitation released on 20 August 2007, is amended. Solicitation N00019-07-R-0051, Attachment 1, UAS ISR Statement of Work, paragraph 3.1.3, contains the only revision to this Request for Proposal. Interested parties can view/download this amended Request for Proposal (RFP) (N00019-07-R-0051), posted on the NAVAIR web-site: http://www.navair.navy.mil/doing_business/open_solicitations. This acquisition is being pursued on the basis of full and open competition and provides for the procurement of complete persistent UAS ISR services in support of the Global War on Terror (GWOT), Operation Iraqi Freedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF). This procurement requires contractor provision of all labor, personnel, and equipment necessary to conduct, operate, maintain, and support persistent UAS ISR missions for multiple ship and land-based deployments. NAVAIR anticipates awarding a one year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with Firm Fixed Price (FFP) line items. The solicitation also includes option line items for a second year of UAS ISR services. Task Orders shall be issued for each deployment in accordance with the FFP line item values. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541330. Contract award is anticipated in the first quarter of Fiscal Year (FY) 08. All domestically owned and operated responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered by this agency. **THIS AMENDMENT DOES NOT RESULT IN A SUBMITTAL DATE EXTENSION.** Proposals are due no later than 12:00 p.m. (noon), 9 October 2007 at the following address: NAVAL AIR SYSTEMS COMMAND AIR 2.4.4.2 ATTN KELLY CHISM 47123 BUSE ROAD BLDG 2272 STE 256 PATUXENT RIVER MD 20670 Electronic mail and/or facsimilie submittals WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
