- SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston intends to negotiate a commercial sole source contract with RadiantBlue Technologies Incorporated for the enhancement and requirements development of the Rover software application. Rover is a software application that enhances the collection, processing, and analysis of intercepted signals and provides results in a geospatial context relevant to support mission requirements. RadiantBlue Technologies Inc. is the original software developer and is the only contractor with authority to perform the work for this application as it connects via socket connection to USMC Program of Record sensor systems. A Firm Fixed Price type contract issued under the Test Procedures of FAR Part 13.5 is anticipated. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541511 and the size standard is $23M. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals.
