- The Marine Corps Installations East (MCIEAST) Contracting Office, Camp Lejeune, NC 28547 intends to award a sole source contract to LANDFILL SERVICE CORPORATION, 2183 PENNSYLVANIA AVE. APALACHIN, NY 13732 for Posi-Shell Materials to support Base Landfill lots onboard Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, North Carolina 28542 pursuant to FAR 6.302-1. Landfill Service Corporation is the only authorized service provider for the proprietary PSM-200 Setting Agent & Posi-Pak P-100 Fibers. These products will be used to maintain the Posi-Shell System. This notice is for information purposes only and is not a request for quotation. No solicitation document is available and telephone, fax, or e-mail requests will not be honored. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice. A determination not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is within the discretion of the Government.
