- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) has interest and is seeking sources capable of manufacturing and delivering the following solvent: Solvent hydrotreated petroleum hydrocarbon naphtha (petroleum) medium aliphatic hydrocarbon solvent shell 142 H.T. shell code -84044. Solvent is to be delivered in 350 gallon totes. Approximate number of totes required per order delivered to the BEP Fort Worth, TX facility is six. Total estimated numbers of totes delivered per year is fifty four. Vendor should be able to provide required totes for the required deliveries and pick up the empty totes as required. This is a SOURCES SOUGHT announcement only. Solicitations are not available at this time, and as such any request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The BEP would like to review service literature and pricing for this solvent as part of a market research to determine interest and capability of potential sources for this requirement. All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary; the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.
