- The purpose of this modification is to advise prospective offerors that the BEP will be allowing multiple awards by color shift combination under the subject solicitation. Offerors will be required to submit 45 pounds of their proposed color combination(s) for evaluation. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09/20/07. Offerors are hereby advised the BEP will allow 30 days from the solicitation release date for submission of proposals and material samples. The specification for this requirement is attached in an effort to assist offerors in meeting the proposal/material sample deadline.
