- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. ACTION CODE P IS USED IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE INCLUSION OF THE ATTACHMENT(S). THE CLOSING DATE IS SEPTEMBER 12, 2007 AT 2:00 P.M. EDT. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number BPD-GC3232-07-0008 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-19. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 238210 and the size standard is $13.0 average annual receipts. The Bureau of the Public Debt (Public Debt) has a requirement for the purchase of a Motorola amplifier system and installation services for a repeater system and amplifier, in accordance with the attached performance work statement / spreadsheet. Award will be to the offeror whose offer is found to be technically acceptable, with similar past performance references (In accordance with the Evaluation Factors attached to the end of the performance work statement). The Contractor shall propose a firm-fixed price on the amplifier system (line item 0001) and the installation services (line item 0002).
