- THIS IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION. ACITON CODE P IS USED IN ORDER TO FACILITATE THE INCLUSION OF THE ATTACHMENT. THE CLOSING DATE IS SEPTEMBER 14, 2007. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Solicitation Number RFQ-BPD-36300-08-0018 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-12. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is 562111 and the size standard is $6.5 million. The Bureau of the Public Debt has a requirement for trash removal and disposal service on a weekly basis for the period October 1, 2007 through September 30, 2008 and one Option Year. Please see attached SOW.
