- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-19. NAICS code 444190; and, SIZE STANDARD $13.0 mil. CONTRACT LINE ITEM 0001: Access Floor Tiles; Manufacturer, Tate (Brand Name Only); Model, Concore 1500 Panels with Formica Finish; Color, Grey. Quantity 2364 each. DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENTS: IRS requires 2364 raised (access) floor tiles to replace delaminating and damaged floor tiles in various areas throughout the Memphis Internal Revenue Service Center (MIRSC) facility located at 5333 Getwell Road, Memphis, Tennessee. IRS requires that replacement floor tiles meet the same style, color, and construction specifications of units that are currently in place. Tate Access Flooring Systems is the brand of raised floor tile that is currently installed at this facility. Original installation was in 1995 using Tate Model Concore 1500 Panel with Formica finish. Color: Grey. Replacement units shall be compatible with the current under frame construction. Warranty of new units shall not be affected by use of existing support framework. The replacement tiles shall match original color as close as possible. Sample tile shall be provided to IRS contact (name and address to be provided) for approval before product is delivered. SHIPPING TERMS: Product is to be shipped FOB Destination. Price must include applicable shipping and handling charges. DELIVERY SCHEDULE: Offeror is to provide the proposed delivery schedule. Desired delivery is within 30 days of contract award. PRODUCT WARRANTY: Offeror is to provide the terms of product warranty. CLAUSES/PROVISIONS.
