- The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to F1 Computer Solutions, Inc. for the following hardware/software equipment: (1) 3ware 8006-21p 2-port SATA RAID PCI-X controller (quantity 33 each). (2) Bytecc PCIe eSATA/PATA (quantity 134 each). (3) PCI ultra 133 TX2 (quantity 14 each). (4) External power bracket w/4-pin Molex, 3-pin fan SATA (quantity 480 each). (5) PCI/IDE power bracket pass-through (quantity 480). (6) Monolink 3.5 IDE 40-pin pass-through (quantity 240 each). (7) Aims 400 watt power inverter (quantity 120 each). (8) 3.5 Bay front SATA port w/4 pin Molex (quantity 120 each). (9) IDE to USB 2.0 external drive cable (quantity 240 each). (10) SATA to USB 2.0 external drive cable (quantity 240 each). (11) Quiqlite hands-free flashlight (quantity 120 each). (12) Gear grip for the HP Gear Grip-L (quantity 114 each). (13) Apple fibre channel PCI-Xcard (quantity 2 each). (14) Single-drive T-Card adapter DB9 interface (quantity 2 each). (15) SPF to DB9 cable meter (quantity 2 each). (16) Power cable extension (quantity 2 each). (17) Hot Swap drive adapters (quantity 2 each). (18) Wiebetech hotplug LT w/1 mouse jiggler (quantity 1 each). (19) Wiebetch adapter (quantity 8 each). (20) Weibetch IDE device adapter kit (quantity 7 each). All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement at prices, terms and conditions equal to or better than those which can be provided by F1 Computer Solutions, Inc. should submit clear and convincing data in writing substantiating an ability to furnish the entire requirement. No equivalents accepted. Responses to this notice must be received by this office within five (5) business days of the date of publication of this synopsis. All quotes shall include: Price(s): FOB point: Point of Contact (name and telephone number); GSA Contract Number if applicable; delivery date; business size; payment terms; Taxpayer Identification Number; Dunn & Bradstreet number: All responses must be sent electronically to the following addresses: david.f.smith@irs.gov In addition, responses can also be sent by facsimile at (202)283-1290. Facsimile responses must contain signatures, and be received by the time specified in the synopsis, and may not exceed 10 pages. All questions must be submitted in writing. All responses must reference this solicitation number TIRNO-07-Q-00100. If a response is received that meets the Governments requirement, and an analysis of both technical and pricing documentation indicates that a competitive acquisition would be more advantageous to the Government, a formal solicitation may be issued. Requests for the same will be considered non-responsive. If no compelling responses are received, award will be made to F1 Computer Solutions, Inc.
