- Anticipated Issue Date: 9/14/2007. Parking Lot Cleaning/Power Sweeping, Norfolk NB Commissary, Virginia. The Period of Performance will be for a base period of November 1, 2007 through October 31, 2008, and will include four one-year option periods that may extend performance through October 31, 2012. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about September 14, 2007 with a tentative closing date of September 28, 2007. The anticipated award date will be on or about October 15, 2007. This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business Set Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561790 and the business size standard is $6.5 million. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ.
