- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H92243-07-T-TC12 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ) and is anticipated to result in a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18. The associated NAICS Code is 811490 and small business size standard is $6.5M. This is a total small business set-aside. A two-day turn around is required. Contractor is required to pick up and deliver to the Quarterdeck of Seal Team Eight, 1840 Cove Road, Bldg. 3853, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Norfolk, VA 23521. Contractor must be within commuting distance, approximately 25 miles. Line Item 0001: Provide and Sew insignia/patches on military uniforms in accordance with U.S. navy clothing regulations for the period 01 October 2007 through 30 September 08.
