- The purpose of this amendment to Solicitation Number 1033244 is to: (1) Change the NAICS Code to 511210. (2) Incorporate following FAR Clauses and Provisions: 13.105 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. (3) Incoporate Additional Sole Source Justification - PharmaPendium is a proprietary database that was created by the vendor, in conjunction with FDA scientists over the course of one year. The resource consists of FDA information and no other company has created such a database in partnership with FDA scientists, with pharmaceutical information, customized to meet FDA needs. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (07-SEP-2007); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
