- This acquisition is issued as a 100% small business set-aside. Number note # 1 applies to this acquisition. The applicable NAICS code is 423430 and the corresponding small business size standard is 100 employees. The Defense Logistics Agency, Defense Logistics Information Service (DLIS) has a requirement to upgrade both hardware and software in the telephone voice directory (Speech Attendant). Request for Quotation (RFQ) number SP4704-07-Q-1045 applies to this action. Inspection, acceptance and FOB points are at Destination, Battle Creek, Michigan. Required delivery is 30 days after receipt of an executed order. The Government shall provide a dedicated, stand-alone server on which to run the software. As a condition of award, the successful offeror must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (www. ccr.gov). Submit a copy of your standard commercial warranty concurrently with your quotation. Receipt of your quotation is due no later than Monday, September 17, 2007 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time. All questions regarding this acquisition must be submitted in writing and no later than September 13, 2007 at 11 a.m. Eastern Time.
