- NSN 4320-00-035-6656, Lever, Pump handle clamp (hydraulic hand jack). Steel material. Used on Hydraulic Hand Jack. Inspect and certify to drawing requirements exception(s): Use AMS-H-6875 in lieu of MIL-H-6875; use ASTM A304 in lieu of QQ-S-624; use ASTM B633 in lieu of QQ-Z-325. I/A/W DWG NR 98750 52A22940, AMEND NR D DTD 03 JAN 06; TYPE NUMBER: P/N 52A22940. The estimated yearly quantity is 891; the unit of issue is each. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 1 NSN for the various end items. This proposed procurement includes an item within the Federal Supply Class 4320. See notes 1, 9 and 26. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delilvery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for three (3) years. The solicitation will be available in FedBizOpps on 12 Sep 07 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The scope of this contract includes the acquisition of a 1G competitive drawing item. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period two times at the discretion of the Government. The total duration (base plus option years) shall not exceed 3 years. The final award decision will be based upon an evaluation of price, delivery and past performance. This solicitation will be issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside with full and open competition after exclusion of sources.
