Description: This notice is being publicized in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101 requiring Contracting Officers to disseminate information for proposed contract actions expected to exceed $25,000. Further in accordance with FAR 6.302-1 it is the intent of the Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) to make award to the Cellebrite USA Corp. The intended order will provide for the procurement of systems necessary to transfer content inclusive of call history, SMS messages, ESN/IMEI Extraction, reporting and QCT file system extraction. As a result Cellebrite USA Corp is the only responsible source to provide the necessary equipment to support DEA telephony requirements.
