- The Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) has a requirement for principal investigator services to conduct research on calibration weighting for the Current Employment Statistics (CES) program. The BLS intends to award a sole source contract to the Dr. Ted Chang, University of Virginia, Charlottesville, VA 22904. This notice of intent is not a request for offers.
