- Description
- Contractor to provide all labor, travel, supervision, and equipment for inspection of all X-ray machines at the Columbia VA Medical Center, SC. Equipment includes GOPC, CT, Specials, Cardiology, Mobile Units, Diagnostics and fluoroscopy Units, Cysto, Urology, Dental and any other units not named. All work shall be performed in accordance with the statement of work in the solicitation. This solicitation is issued as a commercial item in accordance with FAR Part 12 and shall be evaluated in accordance with FAR Part 13. The RFQ will be advertised on or about September 11, 2007 as a 100% total set aside for a small business in accordance with FAR Part 19.502-2. Contractors are advised that registration in http://www.ccr.gov is mandatory before award. The NAICS is 541380 with a size standard of $ 11.0 Mil. Contractor is responsible for all and any amendments to this solicitation. The resulting contract will be for one (1) base year and four (4) option years.
