Description

THE IOWA CITY DEPARTMENT OF VETERANS AFFAIRS MEDICAL CENTER, 601 HWY 6 WEST, IOWA CITY, IA, 52246 IS IN NEGOTIATION FOR A SOLE SOURCE AWARD TO AUTOVALET SYSTEMS LLC, 4035 Ridge Top Road, Suite 5, Fairfax, Va. 22030-252, IN ACCORDANCE WITH FAR PART 13, FOR: Complete upgrade of existing MK unit to new MK 8 standard, to include new gantry, electronics, all operational parts. All items on enclosed MK 8 specification sheet to be upgraded. Interface to facility ID cards included; includes expansion of exiting unit by two (2) bays, space permitting during upgrade process; Windows based URM data entry and user tracking system, complete with PC unit, monitor report printer, proprietary URM software and license; interface with MK 7 unit and off site data entry and set up included; on site set up and user training; delivery, installation and complete operator training; one year PM and parts warranty (MK equipment).
