- Description
- The North Florida/South Georgia Veterans Health System, 619 S. Marion Ave., Lake City, Florida intends to negotiate a sole source procurement with Volcano Therapeutics, 2870 Kilgore Road, Rancho Coirdova, CA 95670. The proposed contract action is for a contract which will require the company to provide a S5i Standard Integration Kit featuring VH IVUS, with accessories, VH IVUS software end user license agreement, and one year IVUS software support. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Interested persons may identify their intent and capability to respond to the requirement no later than September 17, 2007, to be considered. Offerors must provide technical information which provides proof of the capability to meet or exceed the quality and capatability of the VH IVUS System. No solicitation will be issued. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive bids. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
