Description

1. The feed from ATS-G2 and subfeed to the tap box (Drawings 1-E13, 1-E43 and 2-E5) shall be removed in the Base Phase. Automatic Transfer Switch ATS-G2 shall be removed in the Base Phase. Change Note #A6 to #B11. 2. The connection to existing panel BBX shall be from bus duct NR-B as indicated on 1-E15. 3. Delete first sentence of Note A2 (Drawing 1-E15). Panel BBX shall remain connected to bus duct NR-B under the alternate. 4. The first and second sentences of Note A2 shall be deleted (Drawing 1-E16). The bus duct shall feed existing panel CBEL and shall remain that way under the alternate. 5. The feed to MCC-MG2 shall be fed from bus duct EQ-B as indicated on Drawings 1-E18 and 1-E19. Note B3 on Drawing 1-E19 shall be deleted. Delete the duplicate feed from EQ-A indicated on Drawing 1-E45. All work shall be performed in the Base Phase. 6. Existing MCC-MG1 shall be fed from 1S-ESS (refer to Drawing 1-E13). Disregard Note B31 on Drawing 1-E18 which shows MCC-MG1 fed from bus duct EQ-BA. 7. Refer to Drawings 1-E10 and 1-E13. Panel MA shall be fed from 1-MSB-SE-1. Disregard the connection on Drawing 1-E18 and Note #6 on Drawing 1-E19. 8. The loads supplied by 100A and 400A bus plug feeds above Telecom Room GC-006L, the 225A bus plug domestic water feed indicated on the existing riser (Drawing 1-E43) could not be located in the building and were not documented by the electrical survey team. Drawing is provided to let the contractor know of their potential existence, but they are likely no longer in service. For bidding purposes, Contractor shall be made aware of these potential loads. Contractor shall assume 100' of conduit and conductors for loads not specifically accounted for (100A and 400A bus plug feeds above Telecom Room GC-006L and 225 A bus plug feed for domestic water). The 225A bus plug feeds the cooling tower BG1-CT shown on Drawings 1-E8 and 1-E9. VAMC, Tampa, Florida Project #673-410 September 6, 2007 Amendment #3 Page 3 of 3 9. The feed to MCC-MG1 shall be from 1S-ESS per Drawings 1-E13 and 1-E43. 10. The feed to Panel DGP shall be from the nearest bus duct, which is CR-DB as shown on Drawing 1-E21 in lieu of CR-DA (Drawing 1-E42). 11. Existing panel DGN (Drawing 1-E21) shall be accomplished in an alternate phase under Note A11 and not in the Base Phase under Note B13. Note B13 shall be deleted. 12. The new junction box from panel 6A-XLS-L2 shall be located in the 7th floor electrical closet. 7A-757 and its exact location shall be field verified at the site. 13. The transformer serving BD-XEQ-P1 (Drawing 1-E17) shall be 75KVA per the electrical panel schedules and the power riser drawing (Drawing 1-E44). 14. Feed to C2D (Drawing 1-E28) shall be from bus duct NR-C, not from bus duct NR-DB (Drawing 1-E27). 15. The electrical power riser diagram (1-E44) indicates the 225KVA transformer is located in the cath lab. For bidding purposes, assume a 100' feeder (conduit and conductors) from the bus plug to the 225KVA transformer. The exact location will have to be field verified. 16. Telecom notes B32 thru B36 inclusive shown on Drawing 1-E18 only apply to the Building #1 Telecom Closet on this drawing. 17. Solicitation, Offer and Award Form has been revised to break out asbestos cost for Add Alternates #1, #2 and #3. See attachment. - End of Comments -
