- VAMC, Tampa, Florida Project #673-410 September 7, 2007 Amendment #4 Page 2 of 3 Clarifications 1. MCC-MB8 has two compartments, a normal compartment and emergency compartment. The bus plug shown connected from the Equipment Bus EQ-D/B is a single phase bus plug and serves a 5KVA single phase transformer located inside MCC-MB8 which in turn serves small exhaust fan loads which are designated critical equipment. The remaining loads in MCC-MB8 are normal loads. The riser shows a new feeder to MCC-MB8 from the new normal bus duct NR-DB to feed these loads. Changes 1. The riser diagram (Drawing 1-E43) showing the feed to an existing 75KVA transformer is correct. Panel 1C-N-L1, the 75KVA transformer and panels 1C-N-P1A and P1B are to be deleted from the plan (Drawing 1-E24). 2. Panel X3H-4W is indicated on the Fourth Floor Area B and is served from bus duct CR-D/B in that closet (Drawing 1-E33). The location of Panel X3H-4W on the riser (Drawing 1-E44) shall be moved from Third Floor to Fourth Floor. 3. Note #B5 on Drawing 1-E39 indicates a feed to panel MR. Panel MR is located in Penthouse Elevator Machine Room. 4. Panel 2D-N-L1 and 2D-N-P2 and associated 75KVA transformer shall be deleted from the electrical power riser (Drawing 1-E42) as they are not required. 5. Panel X3-3W on electrical power riser (Drawing 1-E42) shall be served from Third Floor Life Safety Panel 3B-XLS-L1 and not from Basement Life Safety Panel BD-XLS-L1 as indicated. The note A2 on Drawing 1-E31 shall read: "Provide 100A-3P breaker in the panel 3B-XLS-L1, 100A conduit and feeder conductors to panel X3-3W and provide a 100A-3P main circuit breaker in panel X3-3W." 6. The 45KVA transformer served by the 80A bus plug shown on electrical power riser (Drawing 1-E44) is not shown on the plan. This transformer is located in Electrical Room 3A-348B (Drawing 1-E30). The panels BB-XCR-L1 and BB-XCR-P1 and associated 45KVA transformer are not required and shall be deleted from the panel schedule booklet and from the electrical power riser (Drawing 1-E44). Panel BBX shall be fed directly from bus duct as indicated on plan Drawing 1-E15. Delete the following portion of Key Note A2: "Install new feeder from existing 120/208VAC critical panel BB-XCR-P1 to Panel BBX." - End of Comments -
