- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii) 07-Q-0552 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-18. (iv) This procurement is being issued as a 100% Small Business set-aside under NAICS code 334511 and a Small Business size standard of 750 employees. (v) The contractor shall provide the following items: 1. Three (3) TC-21 Military Altimeter Test Chambers with 110V capability manufactured by ALTI-2, Inc. Please include shipping charges to Tucson, AZ 85707 and an estimated delivery date ARO.
