- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the ONLY solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA4890-07-R-RPM003 and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This notice is not set-aside for small business concerns. The associated NAICS Code is 334515 and small business size standard is 500 employees. Request a quote on the following item(s) and quantity (s) manufactured by Aero flex, Inc. 001: 740 each, RPM-003 Upgrade to RPM-003B. 0002: 305 each, Repairs to TS-4317 Tester. 0003: 2 each, USB Adaptor Upgrade Kit (AAJ109). Offers shall provide the brand name ONLY. Items are to be delivered to FOB destination to HQ ACC/A3TO, 205 Dodd Blvd, Suite 101, Langley Air Force Base, VA 23665 for inspection and acceptance by an authorized government official. Quotes shall be submitted via email or fax. Quotes submitted will be signed and dated (by an official authorized to bind your organization in a contract) and faxed or scanned and attached in an email. The following clauses and provisions are incorporated either by reference or full text and are to remain in full force in a resultant contract: FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors- Commercial, applies to this acquisition with the following addendum: DFARS 252.204-7004, Required Central Contractor Registration. Registration with the Central Contractor Registry is mandatory. The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues Or Executive Orders-Commercial-Items, applies to this acquisition. The clause FAR 52.232-33, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer-Central Contractor Registration is applicable. Defense FAR Supplement (DFARS) provisions and clauses are also incorporated either by reference or full text and are to remain in full force in any resultant contract.
