Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference number F1B3R27222A003 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-18 5 July 07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 511210, with annual gross revenue not to exceed $23.0 million. STATEMENT OF NEED (SON) Emergency Operations Center Software 1. DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCT/SERVICES: The Contractor shall provide all management, plant, tools, supplies, equipment, material, labor, vehicles and accessories necessary to provide Emergency Operations Center Software in a manner that will ensure continuous and safe operation of Altus AFB?s Emergency Operation Center. 1.1 SOFTWARE PRODUCTS REQUIRED: One copy WebEOC Professional-STD with Map Tac Product, One copy WebEOC Second Server, Two copies Double Take Standard with one year service agreements. All software is name brand or equivalent. Equivalent software should be capable of providing Emergency Operation Support as well as provide mirroring capabilities and dynamic web/database servers for redundant operation allowing integration and communication with other Emergency Operation Centers currently using WebEOC. Emergency Operation Center software should support unlimited users and shall not require annual liscensing for continued use. Software substitutions shall be evaluated by the customer to ensure they are equal to listed brand name before bids will be accepted. 1.1 ONSITE INSTALLATION AND TRAINING: Three days of on-site technical services to include review of agency processes, implementation discussion, and assistance with setup to ensure proper operation. Provide administer training for up to ten individuals responsible for administering/maintaining the system. Training shall include instructions in how to setup and manage software applications. 1.2 SOFTWARE SUPPORT: One year of software support shall be provided from the first day of the month after product is installed on all EOC Software. All additional ?third party? software shall have one year of software support from the date shipped to contractor. (End SON). All work shall be performed IAW SON.
