- REPLACEMENT OF CCTV EQUIPMENT FOR WRIGHT FIELD CDC, WRIGHT-PATTERSON AFB, OH 45433 BRAND NAME or Equal This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Nr F4F3AT7221A001 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-17. THIS ACQUISITION IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR A SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER, OR A SMALL BUSINESS PROVIDING THE PRODUCT OF A SMALL BUSINESS MANUFACTURER, WILL ONLY BE CONSIDERED. The associated NAICS 561621. The size standard is 750 employees. This RFQ is being conducted as a commercial item procurement using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). No paper copies of this solicitation will be provided. This RFQ has Eleven (11 line items). The Government intends to procure: a) Pelco Genex 16 Color Simplex Multiplexer (Quantity: 10 each) b) Mux keyboard-PTZ Control (no joystick) (Quantity: 2 each) c) Pelco Keyboard Adapter Kit (Quantity: 2 each) d) Cabinet Rack (must be 77 ft high and 27 inches in diameter) (Quantity: 2 each) e) Side Panels for the Cabinet Rack(above) (Quantity: 2 pr) f) Flexiglass Door, smoked for Cabinet Rack (Quantity: 2 each) g) 1-U Vent Panels,(package of 12) (Quantity: 2 each) h) 10 inch Top Fan Cover Unit (Quantity: 2 each) i) 10-32 Rack Screws with j) washers (100 pack) (Quantity: 2 each) k) 3 ft Mini Patch BNC-BNC Connectors (Quantity: 80 each) l) DigiOp Digital Video Recorder, S240 500 GB HD 240 fps, 16 channel WXP rackmount (Quantity: 1 each) IF YOU ARE INTERESTED IN PROVIDING A QUOTE, PLEASE NOTIFY ME AND I WILL FORWARD THE STATEMENT OF WORK. Evaluation will be based on overall best value. Evaluation factors are price, technical, past performance, and delivery time. Responding contractors shall include quotations and descriptive literature with their response to allow the government to make a complete evaluation and appraisal of the offering with respect to the requirements set forth in this combined synopsis solicitation and the salient characteristics document. The Contracting Officer will evaluate BRAND NAME or EQUAL products on the basis of the evaluation factors listed in this solicitation and the information furnished by the quoter or identified in the quote and reasonably available to the Contracting Officer. THE CONTRACTING OFFICER IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR LOCATING OR OBTAINING ANY INFORMATION NOT IDENTIFIED IN THE QUOTE. Include manufacturers name, model number, and specifications in your quote. Unless the quoter clearly indicates in its offer that the product being offered is a BRAND NAME or EQUAL product, the quoter shall provide the brand name product referenced in the solicitation. A copy of FAR Clause 52.212-3, Contractor Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, must be completed and submitted with quotation. A copy is available under this solicitation number at http://www.pixs.wpafb.af.mil/. Delivery is required within approx.10 weeks from date of award. FOB point is Destination (Wright-Patterson AFB OH). Quoted prices must be delivered (F.O.B. Destination) prices.
