- Description
- Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for procurement of services by ATI Corporation of North America to repair and calibrate James Heal and TexTest Air Permeability and Tear Tester instruments via Advanced Testing Instrument, 203 Parksouth Drive, Greer SC 29651. This machine is currently is utilized by the 648 AESS/YAPT Lab to satisfy mission requirements. The 311 Human Systems Wing/PKBA intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (b)(1). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because ATI Corporation is the sole manufacturer/certification authority for their equipment.
