- Description
- The NETCOM/9th Signal Command (Army) has a requirement for nonpersonal services for local telephone exchange services for Pueblo Chemical Depot, CO. The proposed contract is for a base year with four one-year options. The local exchange services pr ovider, certified by the state of Colorado, shall provide local commercial communications service for Pueblo Chemical Depot, which shall include, as a minimum but not limited to, local access for commercial subscriber lines and local exchange digital (ISD N PRI) trunks, . All responsible sources may submit an offer that shall be considered. Sources responding to this requirement must indicate in writing, whether they are a large, small, disadvantaged and /or women-owned business. For this acquisition, a concern will be considered small under SIC code 4813 with size standard of 1500 employees NAICS 517110. This requirement shall be a commercial, fixed price type contract. Solicitation is anticipated to be released on or about 14 Aug 2007. The solicit ation can be viewed and downloaded from the Army Single Face to Industry(ASFI) Acquisition Business Website. The Government will conduct a preproposal conference and site visit on 19 Sep 2007. The conference will be held in Bld 2, Pueblo Chemical Depot, from 1:00 2:00 PM (approximately) and will be followed by a site visit from 2:00 2:30 PM. Offerors planning to attend are required to notify the specialist listed below, in writing, of al l attendees names (not to exceed three per company, prior to 18 Sep 2007. An e-mail response to duane.markham@us.army.mil is acceptable. Questions prior to the conference must be received before 18 Sep 2007. Questions generated as a result of the prep roposal conference must be sent to duane.markham@us.army.mil, by 3 Oct 2007.
