Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Fort Riley has have a requirement for; Spec ops, Inc Brigade Plans Briefing Set, Brigade Main Command Post Table Set, Commander, 3ea Brigade Main Command Post Table Set, 6 ea Battalion TOC Table Sets, 10 ea Individual Spare Tables, Brigade Command Post with deliver to FORT RILEY, KANSAS 66442 requireed no later than 1 Nov 07. In Accordance With (IAW) FAR 11.104, Contractor may quote brand name or equal. If quoting equal, Contractor shall p rovide literature with its quote showing equal specification. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-18, effective on June 30, 2007. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business. The appl icable NAICS code is 337124 with a size standard of 500 Employees. Extended Description: There are 5 CLINs consisiting of: Item 0001: 1 Each Brigade Plans Briefing Set (R TOC2100SB)A one case solution for small Tactical Operations Center (TOC). This unit p rovides an NEC 670/2000 Lumen projector, a short throw Navitar Lens, a Smart board 560, a limited frameset and an aluminum case for transportation. This unit is designed for use in DRASH tents. A pelican case is provided for the projector, spare bulb, and cables. All equipment fits in the aluminum case. Part Number SIN 361-99A. Item 2: 1 Each Brigade Main Command Post Table Set, Commander. Pre-cabled, tactical table set configured for ten individual workstations in a horseshoe assembly. Aluminum packing ca se holds three tables. Tables are constructed of rugged welded aluminum. Tables host cabling in multiple raceways giving users power, SIPRNET, NIPRNET, telephone, and video capability at each table top. Network switches provide for cable management within the tables. Hook up cables for the table top machines are sized so as to not drape to the floor. The cable management minimizes the total system weight and protects the cables. Each table is equipped with a GFI for protection. Part Number: B2-SIN 361-99A. Item 3: 3 Each Brigade Main Command Post Table Set.
