- The Army Contracting Agency, Directorate of Contracting at Fort Bragg, NC, intends to issue a solicitation for a requirement to provide services for Severe Learning Communication and Behavior Disorders by utilizing the Treatment and Education of Auti stic and related Communication-handicapped Children (TEACCH) approach and educational procedures for students enrolled in the Fort Bragg School System, Fort Bragg, North Carolina. The requirement will be a 100% set aside for Small Business concerns. The NAICS code is 621498 with a size standard of $9M. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. A period of performance of a 12-month base period plus two (2) 12-month options is anticipated. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued under solicitat ion number W91247-07-T-0051. The RFQ will be available for downloading at the Army Single Face to Industry website at https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi. Potential Offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for release of the solicitation package a nd any amendments. All Offerors must be registered with the Central Contractors Registry (CCR) per FAR 52.204-7, Central Contractor Registration. Offerors must also complete Offeror Representations and Certifications on-line at www.bpn.gov prior to submitt ing an offer. No paper copies of the solicitation will be mailed and telephone requests will not be honored. The anticipated posting of the RFQ is 12 September 2007.
