Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 2 each, Thermite TVC-2.0 Model TL with 1 GHz Pentium-M CPU, 1 GB System Memory, 60 GB SRET HDD, WinXP Pro; 2 each, Thermite TVC-2.0 Optional GPS External I/O Module and Antenna ; 2 each, Thermite TVC-2.0 Optional IEEE 802.11 External I/O Module; 4 each, Farsight Model 3700TL Tactical Handheld Display Option with Cable A ssembly (For Thermite TVC-2.0 Model TL); 2 each, ExpeditionC4ISR-TL Dev Kit Prototype-- includes the following items: Load Bearing Vest with Mounting Provisions for Thermite TVC-2.0 TL, Farsight 3700TL Display, Batteries and Cables & accessory I/O access pouch Thermite TVC-2.0 TL to Battery Cable(s), battery cap cables added here also) Provision for Thermite TL to Farsight 3700TL Display Cable Cable - 2 x USB 2.0, and 1 x IEEE 802.3 10/ 100 Ethernet Cable with Commercial Connectors Terminated in Equipment Pouch for Customer Integration (1 x RS-232, split off from display cable) Battery Charger and Cable - 180-0002-00 AC Adapter and Cable - 920-6752-00 & 135-0153-01 Pelican Case - 800-0203-01 & 710-3604-01 Docu mentation and Packout System Integration and Test. The followin g FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above).
