Description

We intend to award a sole source contract to Maloy Mobile Storage, 535 Comanche Road NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107, to purchase one (1) 8x 96x 40HC New Steel Storage Container w/accessories and options. The HC Steel Storage Container w/accessories a nd options are only manufactured, developed, and maintenance by Maloy Mobile Storage who has proprietary rights. The HC Steel Storage Container package is compatible, and interchangeable with the existing equipment. Other than full and open competition w ill be used under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No other Supplies or Services will satisfy agency requirement. This is not a request for quotations. No Solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming.
