Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Electronic Proving Ground, Fort Huachuca, Arizona is soliciting proposals for the following requirement: 2 each, Aluma Tower Company 100ft Auto Telescoping Mast Trailer to include: Pn TM51-WA35 EB4 S6/T-100H, Galvanized dual axle trailer with 4 while electric brakes, EBK-100 standard electric brake breakaway kit 60 in L x 76 in W x 84 in H shelter painted white; 100ft heavy duty aluminum crankup tower and #664-M aluminum storage box with TM-TK trailer tool kit; pn ATS-100, Additional Tail light; pn A4-25CG, Assembled guy kit consisting of 4 sets of premade galvanized guys with storage pouches; pn 8800, Temporary anchor kit consisting of 3 88DB1 Duck Bill Anchors, a set of 3 ABCD-375 g uy attachment plates and a DS-99 drive steel; pn 8800TK, Duck Bill ground anchor installation kit; pn OBL-102-R, Dual Obstruction Light Kit with 100ft cord; pn EWDC-S, 12V DC Electric Winch with control cable and cover; pn BPS, 12 VDC Battery Pack; pn ST-1 5, Spare Tire mounted and locked; pn TCL-100, Trailer coupler lock; pn DWL-12V, Dual 12V work lights on trailer with shelters and includes canvas cover; pn RA-200-AT, Co-ax reel, aluminym capacity 300ft of 5/8in coax; pn AC/CR-13500, 13,500BTU A/C and Heat (RV type); pn RIO-1-A, Single I/O port Roxtek; pn TEL-100, Telephone inlet and modular plug in shelter; pn EIL-100, Emergency interior lighting for shelter, battery operated; pn GEN-10000-D-Q-E, 10.0 KW Generator complete, quiet diesel fueled/24 hr tank w ith enclosure and electronic governor and manual transfer switch with canvas cover; pn POW-050-10, 10ft long 50 amp (36/4 wire) shore power cord with twist lock connector; pn HG S-6, Complete Halo grounding system with 12-8GR grounding kit; pn FEL-100, Fla shing emergency light; pn FLT-120, 120V 500 Watt Floodlight with 5ft Telescoping pole; pn DR-6, Dri-Dek flooring for S6 Shelter. EVALUATION CRITERIA/PROCEDURES: Offers will be evaluated based on the following best value criteria in de scending order of importance: Meeting the requirement, Proposed Delivery Schedule, Past Performance, and Price. The synopsis/solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect throug h Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-16. This is a total small business set aside. The NAICS code is 334220. The solicitation is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) and will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price. All Electronic and Information Technology will be Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 compliant. The following FAR provision 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors Commercial items, applies to the acquisition. FAR provision 52.212-2, Evaluation of Commercial Items, applies to the acquisition (See evaluation criteria above). Offerors shall include a completed copy of FAR provision 52.212-3,Offeror Representations and Certifications Commercial Items, and furnish Offeror's Tax Identification Number, CAGE Code, Central Contractor Registration Num ber, DUNS Number, and applicable FSC Codes with its offer. FAR clauses 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions Commercial Items and 52.212-5, Contract Terms an d Conditions Required Implementing Statutes or Executive Orders Commercial Items apply to this acquisition.
