- The U S Army Contracting Agency, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), at the Pentagon, on behalf of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, J-7, Joint Force Development Directorate, (JFDD) intends to negotiate a Sole Source award with Science Applications Inte rnational Corporation (SAIC), 4501 Ford Avenue, Suite240, Alexandria, VA 22302 to continue support for the Joint Doctrine Master Plan Support for the period of 26 September 2007 through 25 September 2008. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 6.302- 2 The notice of intent to award will be posted for a period of 5 days beginning 07 September 2007.
