- The Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE) intends to award a sole source contract for Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) and Advanced Geospatial Intelligence (AGI) Support as a task order against GSA Contract, GS-23F-0134L, with Rivers ide Research Institute, 156 William St, Fl 9, and New York, NY 10038-2609. The contractor shall perform a variety of analytic, educational and database management activities associated with designing, drafting, engineering, and documenting Army MASINT requ irements and architecture. This action will result in a Firm-Fixed Price contract with a period of performance from 17 Sep 07 15 Mar 08. This announcement is in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(1). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within five days after date of publication (N LT 12 Sep 07, 4:00 pm) of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information re ceived will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
