Description

This is a Notice of Intent to issue a sole source purchase order using Simplified Acquisition Procedures to Chief Fire and Safety for the refurbishment (NFPA standards, lighting, foam, pump, cab, chassis, engine, and transmission) of a 1994 E-One fir e truck with E-One warranty on repairs. Any purchase order will be awarded under other than full and open competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This is not a request for offers. A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement based u pon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a future competitive procurment.
