PRON: AX7F0468AXAX, NSN: 1680-01-420-6882, PN: 70219-02159-041, Quantity: 41 each applicable to the UH-60 (Blackhawk). F.O.B Origin with delivery to Tracy, CA. Required delivery is 10 each 345 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and 10 each per month thereafter until contract completion. This item is restricted to Sikorsky Aircraft Corporation, Cage Code 78286 because this part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the qua lity of the part. Existing unique design capability, engineering skills, and manufacturing knowledge by the qualified source(s) require acquisition of the part from the approved source(s). Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. A ll offerors must meet prequalification in order to be eligible for award. Due to urgency, we intend to release the solicitation immediately and do not intend to allow a 30 day period for receipt of proposals; therefore, companies are encouraged to express their interest immediately. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be a djusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
