Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This acquisition is sole source to Agilent Technologies, Inc., P.O. Box 4026, Englewood, CO 80155-4026, for nine (9) each Agilent Technologies Model Z2090B-205 Precision Spectrum Analyzer Calibration System Upgrade, delivered to Redstone Arsenal, Al 3589 8, Inspection/Acceptance is at destination with FOB origin. Delivery shall be within twelve (12) weeks from date of contract award. FAR 52.212-0, 52.212-2, 52.212-3 and 52.212-5 are applicable to this acquisition.
