- This solicitation will be 100% small business set-aside. A firm fixed priced commercial item contract is contemplated. Simplified procurement procedures will be used as well as commercial item acquisition regulations per FAR 12. The solicitation will be available for downloading on or about September 08, 2007. QUOTATIONS are due 20 September 2007, 2:00 PM. This contract is for the purchase and installation of Solar Lighting Components at Macks Creek Recreation Area, Lucky Peak Dam and Lake, Boise, Idaho. Contractor shall provide all materials, supplies, equipment and labor to complete work, including all pre paration and clean-up work which includes off-governemtn property disposal of excess materials. A site visit is scheduled for 10:00 AM (Mountain Time) on 13 September 2007. Offerors should visit the site and take such other steps as may be reasonably necessary to ascertain the nature and location of work, and the general and local conditions which can affect the work or cost thereof. Failure to do so will not relieve offeror s from responsibility for estimating properly the difficulty or cost of successfully performing the work.
