- The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Philadelphia District, is soliciting offers under Request for Quotation (RFQ) No W912BU-07-T-0090 for 60 Drums of Oil Lube for Hydraulic & Steam Turbine System, (Symbol 2190TEP), Mil Spec MIL-L-177331G in 55 gallon n on returnable drums marked as specified, and 8 Drums of Oil Lube for Reduction Gear, Chevron 220 Gear Oil, or equivalent such as Reit #255073-983 or equivalent in 55 gallon non returnable drums for Fort Mifflin Distribution Center, Philadelphia, Pennsylvan ia in accordance with special packaging and markings included in the solicitation. Delivery is required 30 days after award. Award will be made to lowest responsible offeror. The RFQ will be available on or about 12 September 2007. Solicitation docume nts, plans and specifications will only be available via the Federal Technical Data Solution (FedTeDs) homepage https://www.fedteds.gov. Interested offerors must register with FedTeDS before accessing the system. FedTeDs registration requires the followi ng information: CCR Marketing Partner Identification Number (MPIN), DUNS Number or Cage Code, Telephone Number, and E-Mail Address. Registration Instructions can be found on the FedTeDS website by clicking on the Register with FedTeDS hyperlink. Interes ted offerors should select the Begin Vendor/Contractor Registration Process option. Offerors who have registered with FedTeDS must access the data for this solicitation by way of the hyperlink established via the FedBizOpps announcement. Offers will be due on 25 September 2007 at 4:00 p.m. eastern time and may be faxed to Helena DiNofa at 21 5-656-6798. Quotes should include pricing and certifications and representations. Offerors are responsible for printing paper copies of the RFQ. This procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. The North Atlantic Industrial Classification (NAIC) for this procurement is 324110 with a size standard of 1,500 employees. All Contractors must be registered in the DoDs Central Contractor Registration before award as required by DFARS 204.7300.
