- The MEDCOM, Center of Health Care Contracting at Fort Sam Houston, TX, will issue a solicitation for a supplies contract for the acquisition of Nucleic Acid Testing External Controls. Requiring activity locations are to include, but not limited to F ort Hood, TX and Tripler, HI and any successor organizations(s) of CHCC.
