- The Martin Army Community Hospital, Ft. Benning, GA, US Army Medical Command Southeast Region has a requirement for Dictaphone Annual Maintenance and Services. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (Note 22), for this requirement. T he suggested contractor is Dictaphone Corporation, 3191 Broadbridge Ave. Stratford, CT, 06614-2566. The Dictaphone Powerscribe Systems are currently being utilized in this facility and it is essential to maintain the annual maintenance and services. This is not a request for proposal. However, parties interested in future requirements shall provide detailed information of their technical capabilities and certifications to clearly meet the requirements stated above. This information will be reviewed by Gov ernment technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
