Description

The Martin Army Community Hospital, Blood Donor Center, Fort Benning, GA has a requirement for Terumo Blood Bags, 450ml with Donor Care Needle Guard and Luer Adapters. The Government intends to award a sole source contract (NOTE 22) for this require ment (BASE + 4 ONE YEAR OPTIONS). The suggested contractor is Terumo Medical Corporation, 2101 Cottontail Lane, Somerset, NJ 08873-1277. Request is for Terumo Blood Bags, 450ml with Donor Care Needle Guard and Luer Adapters at Martin Army Community Hospital, Fort Benning, GA. The contractor must also meet all of the State and Federal guidelines as a blood donor supplier. Other than Genesi s BPS, Terumo Medical Corporation is the only vendor that can meet these requirements. This is not a request for proposal. However, companies that can provide identical or equal Terumo Blood Bags, 450ml with Donor Care Needle Guard for the Blood Donor Center must submit their technical capabilities to include technical specifications of th eir services, past performance information, price and delivery time. This information will be reviewed by the Government technical representatives for consideration for future requirements.
