- Virtual Acquisition Office " The US Army Space and Missile Defense Command/US Army Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) requires contractor support in providing access to Acquisition Directions ? Propietary Publications, daily acquisition news, GAO reports, protests, government-wide po licies and contracting process, updated as regulatory changes are made. Under the authority of 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1, the Government intends to award this effort to Acquisition Solutions, Inc. This is the only known source of this information in a consolidated form which also provides efficient and timely access to current acquisition information of quality adequate to provide input to the Principal Assistant Responsible for Contracts and others in the Contracting and Acquisition Management Office (CAMO) in making rapid real-time decisions regarding high dollar RDT&E and other acquisitions. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement to the U.S. A rmy Space and Missile Defense Command, PO Box 1500, Huntsville, AL 35807-3801, ATTN: SMDC-RDCM-AK/Valent?n. This notice of intent is not a request for proposal from any source other than Acquisition Solutions, Inc; however, all proposals received will be considered by the Government.
